Punjab: No Sunday curfew this time to facilitate NEET examination – Occasions of India

CHANDIGARH: To facilitate free motion of scholars showing for NEET examination, Punjab chief minister Amarinder Singh on Friday introduced that there will probably be no curfew within the state this Sunday, September 13. Non-essential retailers will, nevertheless, stay closed, he clarified.

Although the state authorities has imposed Sunday curfew in all city cities/cities, an exemption can be made this Sunday with free motion to be allowed, he stated.

College students can have no drawback reaching their examination centres, stated Amarinder, in response to the priority expressed by an Abohar resident on the problem throughout #AskCaptain Stay session on Fb.

In response to a criticism by a Muktsar resident concerning removing of a scholar by a college from the net training group, on account of non-payment of price, Amarinder stated he had instructed the DC to resolve the matter within the morning itself. Amarinder stated he was informed that the complainant’s daughter was now being allowed to attend her lessons.
